Discovery
Every project begins with an initial discussion where we globally explore the assignment at hand. Our team's vast experience allows us to promptly address any challenges or identify additional opportunities that arise throughout the process.
Following this introduction, we provide a comprehensive quotation or cooperation document, outlining our approach to the project and detailing the steps we will take to ensure its success.
Inventory
Prior to commencing actual development, we will conduct a thorough inventory with the client to clearly establish and document their requirements. Our development department will be closely involved in this process to ensure we have a clear understanding of the project's technical aspects as well.
Implementation Process
Following the inventory stage, we begin the development phase where we work closely with our clients to bring their product vision to life. This is achieved through weekly sprints that are clearly defined and fully transparent to ensure maximum efficiency and collaboration.
Delivery
Once the product is built during the implementation process, it undergoes internal scrutiny and is given appropriate finishing touches to ensure its quality meets high standards. Upon completion, the implementation is made accessible on a testing platform and after approval, it is scheduled for deployment to the production environment.
Assessment
We engage in a conversation with our client regarding the accomplished project and analyze opportunities for enhancement or progression.
